Product Care

This style is crafted from natural raffia with delicate beaded and embroidered details. Raffia can lose its shape when soaked in water, so please avoid exposure to water, oils, and other harsh elements. To clean, first use a soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush and gently wipe away any dust or loose dirt. Raffia can be gently spot cleaned with a slightly damp cloth by carefully dabbing or wiping in the direction of the weave. Avoid saturating the material and consult a shoe repair specialist for any stubborn stains.

Beads and embroidery are delicate, and extra care should be taken to avoid contact with abrasive surfaces or harsh elements as this may cause damage. When cleaning your shoes, take care not to pull at any beaded details to avoid the embellishments becoming loose. Store inside a dust bag or shoe box to prevent snagging and environmental damage.
