Edward Meller eGift vouchers can be redeemed both online and in Edward Meller stores. If you purchase your Gift voucher online, you will be sent an email with an eGift Voucher that you can redeem at checkout.
- eGift vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, for change of mind, stolen or damaged.
- eGift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- eGift vouchers expire 3 years after purchase.
- eGift vouchers are not redeemable in David Jones stores or on The Iconic website.

If the voucher doesn't cover the full balance of the order, you can use the remaining balance of the gift voucher plus additional payment methods to pay the order in full.
However, Shopify doesn't allow you to specify an amount to redeem, so you can't use only a certain amount from the gift voucher before using other payment methods. It will use the full remaining balance of the gift voucher when you redeem it.

Of course! Your right to return an item is the same whether you bought it with a gift voucher, a payment card, or a combination of both.
Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method(s) used for the purchase. If you paid with both a gift voucher and a payment card, the refund will be split accordingly: the gift voucher portion will be refunded to a gift voucher, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your payment card. If you paid in full with a gift voucher, we will issue another gift voucher for the same value.
No, you can't use a gift voucher to buy another gift voucher.
Customers can't check their own gift voucher balance, but if you contact us, we can check it for you.
