Shipping And Handling Charges

Edward Meller offers free shipping on all Australian orders over $100 whilst for all other orders, a flat rate of $10 will apply to cover shipping and handling. Should you need to return your purchase for any reason (faults excluded), this postal cost is non-refundable.

 All orders to be shipped to New Zealand will attract a flat rate delivery fee of $20.00 AUD per order whilst for other International Orders, a flat rate delivery fee of $30.00 AUD per order. 

International Deliveries – Customs Duty and Import Tax

Please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply to International orders. Edward Meller does not accept any responsibility for duty taxes that may be incurred for mail order deliveries to any international destination.  You will not have any import tax or duty charges applied at checkout or included in the final transaction total. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the responsibility of the delivery recipient prior to delivery.

Until further notice, parcel services to IRELAND have been suspended due to the requirement by Irish customers for a 10-digit tariff.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australian Orders: Within 4 - 6 business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

New Zealand Orders: This can take up to 7 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: All international orders are sent via Australia Post and delivery times vary. 

Edward Meller does not accept any responsibility for duty taxes that may be incurred for mail order deliveries to any international destination. Parcels are distributed by the local postal service upon arrival in the destination country. Customs inspections may cause a delay to your order. Once your online order is dispatched you will receive an email to your nominated email address. This will include your delivery details, tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery. 

Please note that during sale/promotional events and peak-trade periods, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

Tracking Your Order

Once your online order is dispatched you will receive an email to your nominated email address. This will include your delivery details, tracking number, and a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery. Should this be missing, please check your junk/spam folder in your email.

All orders are delivered via registered courier/freight providers and will require a Signature on Delivery.  

If your address is unattended at the time of delivery, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office or drop off point for collection within 10 business days before being returned to sender.

In some instances, the courier may provide you with the option to request ‘Authority to Leave’ (‘ATL delivery’).  We do not recommend this service.   If you select ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that the delivery driver maintains the right to only leave the parcel at your delivery address if they deem the property safe to do so.

However, if you select to receive your parcel via ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permissible by law, Edward Meller and its related entities disclaim all warranties and liabilities in relation to the delivery of the parcel. Unless otherwise required by law, Edward Meller will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if being delivered via ATL delivery.

 

Split Orders

We may fulfil your order from multiple locations, in this instance, your purchase will be split into multiple parcels. You will receive separate emails with separate tracking numbers for each parcel.

In the event of split parcels please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost, delayed or damaged in transit, please Contact Us so that we may assist you.

Online Cancellations & Order Amendments

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to any online orders after your order has been placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Changes to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Applying discounts and/or rewards
  • Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
