An important update regarding the delivery of your order:
We are currently experiencing some delivery delays due to the effects of Corona Virus and related travel restrictions. We’re still picking and packing all orders as normal but you may experience some delays in transit.
You can stay updated with your order using your tracking information. While we endeavour to deliver your order within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee these delivery times - especially during busy promotional and sale periods where dispatch may be delayed due to the increased volume of orders.

- ◄Shipping And Handling Charges
Edward Meller offers free shipping on all Australian orders over $100 whilst for all other orders, a flat rate of $10 will apply to cover shipping and handling. Should you need to return your purchase for any reason (faults excluded), please note that this postal cost is non-refundable.
All orders to be shipped to New Zealand will attract a flat rate delivery fee of $30.00 AUD per order whilst for other International Orders, a flat rate delivery fee of $60.00 AUD per order. We highlight that we cannot ship to a PO Box for International Orders.
- ◄Estimated Delivery Times
Australian Orders: Within 4-10 business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
New Zealand Orders: Can take up to 7 business days after dispatch. Edward Meller does not accept any responsibility for duty taxes that may be incurred for mail order deliveries to an international destination. Parcels are distributed by the local postal service upon arrival in the destination country. Customs inspections may cause delay to your order.
International Orders: All international orders are sent via Australia Post and delivery times vary. Once your online order is dispatched you will receive an email to your nominated email address. This will include your delivery details, tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

- ◄Split Orders
We may fulfil your order from multiple locations, in this instance, your purchase will be split into multiple parcels. You will receive separate emails with separate tracking numbers for each parcel.
In the event of a split parcels please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
- ◄Online Cancellations & Order Amendments
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to any online orders after your order has been placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
- Change of delivery address
- Changes to colours and sizes
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discounts and/or rewards
- Full order cancellations
