Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method(s) used for the purchase. If you paid with both a gift voucher and a payment card, the refund will be split accordingly: the gift voucher portion will be refunded to a gift voucher, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your payment card. If you paid in full with a gift voucher, we will issue another gift voucher for the same value.
