Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed. This includes changes to the delivery address, item size or colour, adding/removing items, or applying discounts and/or rewards. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
Yes. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means all relevant import taxes, tariffs and duties are calculated at checkout and included in your total cost — you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
Tariffs apply based on the country of origin, not the shipping location. If any item in your order is manufactured in China, Chinese tariffs will apply to the entire purchase, even if other items are made elsewhere.
Duties, taxes, and tariffs are collected by Zonos and passed directly to your local customs authority at checkout. Because Edward Meller does not collect them, they are non-refundable in the event of a return
