HOW DOES CALL & COLLECT WORK?
Step 1: Give us a call on 1800 771 466, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST.
Step 2: Speak to a staff member and they can answer any of your questions and place your order over the phone.
Step 3: Following your call, visit a participating store for a safe and contactless collection of your Edward Meller products.
WHICH STORES IS CALL & COLLECT AVAILABLE FROM?
At this stage, our Call & Collect service is available in our Mosman and Double Bay stores in Sydney and the Brighton store in Melbourne.
Please also be aware that styles and sizes stocked in-store differ from store to store, but we can always ship it out to you if it's not available in your local store.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS VIA CALL & COLLECT?
We are happy to facilitate exchanges and returns via our Call & Collect service, provided the item you wish to exchange is available and has been organised prior to your visit.
