UPDATE 19/07/2021: In line with Government recommendations, our Victorian and South Australian & Sydney stores are temporarily closed until further notice. 
The good news is that our online store is open 24/7 and if you have any questions, you can always message us on social media or send us an email. Thank you for your ongoing support and patience during this process. Stay safe & see you soon. 

 

Delivery Information

 

At this time, please allow for online orders to take longer to dispatch. We will always endeavour to ship your items as soon as possible but COVID Safe policies and procedures in our distribution centres are causing some delays. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and if you have any concerns about your order please do not hesitate to let us know.

UPDATE: Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Extended Returns

 

There is plenty of time for you to change your mind with extended returns. Our online return period has been extended to 60 days.

We will keep you up to date as we learn and hear more, but for now, we thank you for continued support and for your patience.
