Delivery Information


At this time, please allow for online orders to take longer to dispatch. We will always endeavour to ship your items as soon as possible but COVID Safe policies and procedures in our distribution centres are causing some delays. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and if you have any concerns about your order please do not hesitate to let us know.

UPDATE: Australia Post has reported that they are currently experiencing delivery delays due to limited flights, hygiene and social distancing requirement across their network. Please know that they have updated the tracking notification system to show more information.

Extended Returns


There is plenty of time for you to change your mind with extended returns. Our online return period has been extended to 60 days.
