Calfskin is a durable, smooth leather that develops a beautiful patina with proper care. Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or light marks and maintain its luxurious finish. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or moisture, as these can cause discolouration or drying. If the leather becomes wet, pat it dry with a clean cloth and allow it to air dry naturally; never use direct heat. Store your calfskin items in a cool, dry place, ideally in a dust bag, to protect them from scratches and environmental factors. Regular conditioning with a leather balm can help keep the material soft and supple.
