Australia Post Delivery Delays

Australia Post have advised that flooding and extreme weather conditions across New South Wales and Queensland are impacting their ability to transport mail and parcels via their air and road networks, resulting in some delivery delays for both States.

How do know if my order has been impacted?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated notification with your tracking number as per below:

How to find the Australia Post tracking number in your notification email.

Your tracking number can then be used at Australia Post to find the most up-to-date delivery information. Click on Help & Support to visit the Australia Post Website.

Select Track Your Item from the Tools menu and enter your tracking number.

If your order has been impacted, you will see a note like this:
